Incoming and outgoing documents in queues can be sorted or filtered by sender, recipient, document type and other fields. For each user, the list of documents that he sees can be limited depending on his authority.

Each document in the queue can be viewed. At the same time, to view a formalized document in the FTS format, if it is not accompanied by a PDF file for viewing, an Excel file is generated. The solution allows you to create custom forms for viewing documents that will be displayed instead of standard ones.

To process incoming and outgoing documents according to your own scenario, for example, to create a business document based on an incoming source document in SAP ERP, a button is provided, by clicking which the user code is executed (user-exit).

For each document, you can view the log, where all operations with the document are recorded, indicating the execution time and the executor.
