Required software

To integrate the SAP system with the Diadoc system, the following DFS software is required:

DFS B2B Connector — Windows application, provides the integration of SAP ERP with the systems of EDM operators. Installed on a dedicated server responsible for the bulk uploading of documents to the system, and on workstations of users who have the right to electronically sign documents.
DFS B2B Solution — ABAP application, installed in the SAP system, provides loading of the received documents and data from the systems of EDM operators to the SAP system and storage, provides business functions for working with electronic documents in the form of an incoming document queue, an outgoing document queue and API for expanding business functionality — SAP applications.
DFS File Service — ABAP application, installed in the SAP system, provides full-featured work with files in SAP applications, in particular, allows you to link electronic documents with documents of SAP business applications.

For storage of electronic documents, SAP Content Server or any other storage that supports the SAP HTTP 4.5 interface can be used.

To implement the electronic signature of documents, you will need Crypto-Pro and an electronic signature certificate, which will be provided by SKB Kontur.

 Working with EDS

When exchanging electronic documents through EDM operators, documents and receipts are signed using an EDS. For this, Crypto-Pro is installed on the download server and at the workplaces of users who have the right to electronically sign documents.

On the download server, only receipts are signed, for example receipts for documents uploaded to SAP ERP. The signing of the documents themselves and the decisions to be made (for example, a request for a correcting invoice) is carried out only at the workstations of users with their personal certificates. On the server, the EDS is downloaded using a company certificate, and on workstations — using personal user certificates.

The use of a download server is optional; if it is absent, all documents will be downloaded through users’ workstations.

All documents and receipts are automatically placed in the electronic document storage and can later be used to generate document packages at the request of the Federal Tax Service.
