DFS User Workplace is an integrated SAP system user workstation. DFS User Workplace provides the ability to collect the functionality of the SAP system required by the user to work on one screen. The working area of the screen is divided into two parts: on the left, a tree-like list of possible operations is displayed, on the right — the result of the operation.
The solution, using the SSF interface provided by SAP for integration with external encryption tools, provides a call to functions for digital signature of documents from standard and custom SAP applications.
The solution is used for scanning and full-text recognition of documents from standard and custom SAP applications. The scanned document image file is linked to the current SAP document. The file storage location (SAP system database, SAP Content Server or external certified storage) is determined by the setting.
The DFS File Service solution provides advanced functionality for working with files. The DFS File Service can be used as a Generic object services (GOS) service or embedded in client applications. Using the DFS File Service as a GOS service allows you to extend the functionality of standard SAP applications in terms of working with files without modifying applications.
DFS Import Manager is intended for loading documents and data into the SAP system for their subsequent processing in any SAP applications, both in manual and automatic mode.
The solution is designed to enter, generate and print barcodes from standard and custom SAP applications. It adapts to each business application by setting the parameters for printing a barcode (size, orientation, location), as well as developing its own functional modules for generating a barcode.
The DFS Barcode Reader solution allows you to read a barcode from any surface and transfer it to SAP ERP for further processing. Barcode reading does not require the user to log into the SAP system and can be performed off-line, i.e., without constant communication
with the SAP system.
The central element of the electronic document management system is the document card, which stores accounting information about the document, its life cycle and related objects. Cards provide all the functionality you need to work with electronic documents and are easily integrated with SAP business application documents.
Creation of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel documents according to pre-prepared templates with automatic data filling
from the SAP system.
The solution provides a universal programming interface (a set of web services) for exchanging DFS cards data with web and mobile applications: it converts DFS card data into a universal format for transmission to external applications and interprets requests received from external applications.
